Lewis joined the club from Consett after the start of the 25/26 season, making his debut in the 4-0 win against Horden. Formerly of Esh Winning, he will provide healthy competition for places and take his chance when the opportunity arises.
Following a bad shoulder injury sustained in the Carlisle City game in September, Lewis has joined neighbours Chester-le-Street Town on loan while he regains his match fitness.
